The purchase of property is a very major commitment for homebuyers, businesses and commercial organizations. Homebuyers should not base their decision on the information contained within the mortgage valuation prepared for the lender or the forthcoming home information packs. Independent professional advice on the condition of the building; future repair bills; and value are of fundamental importance. The same considerations apply to commercial organizations buying or leasing buildings ­the latter may contain very onerous obligations on the tenant.

HOMEBUYER SURVEY AND VALUATION

Designed and regulated by the RICS to meet the needs of most homebuyers. The report gives our client comprehensive advice of the condition of the structure; urgent repairs; longer term maintenance commitments and valuation.

BUILDING SURVEY - RESIDENTIAL

A more comprehensive and detailed assessment of the building particularly appropriate where there are known or suspected structural problems or our client is proposing significant adaptation or extension. Our planning consultancy service is available to advise on any planning implications. Valuation advice can be included.
